![]() ![]() ![]() On March 16, multiple clients were sent "reminders" that their invoices were overdue. I requested a phone call and was told I would be called on March 14, and then again on March 16. Wave told me that they did not have to provide a reason why, even though I had not violated any of their terms and conditions. On March 13, 2023, I received an email from a "risk analyst" saying that I would no longer be able to accept payment through the platform and that payments that were currently processing were being refunded. I began using Wave in November 2022 to accommodate clients who wanted to pay via digital invoice. Today, I got an email from Wave that my payments processing is under review and they needed more information including an ID check. I tested out the system using my own personal credit cards (ate the fees) but wanted to ensure that it worked as expected. I have been using Wave for 6+ years, and recently enabled credit card processing. ![]()
